Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Demonia Cult footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your boots or shoes are free of scuffs and signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original Demonia shoebox and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
